Drug Formulation
Croton seeds (peeled, pith and membrane removed, oil removed) 70 pieces; apricot kernels (soaked, peeled, tips removed, ground) 70 pieces; beeswax 1 liang 3 qian; arsenic trioxide (ground, placed in a porcelain jar, sealed with cinnabar paste, reinforced with salt mud, fired until completely red-hot, then removed after cooling) 1 liang 6 qian; white frankincense (finely ground) 4 qian;2 qian and a half of yellow丹 (roasted), 6 qian and a half of frankincense (ground), half a liang of cinnabar (ground and sifted), and 10 charred mu-bie seeds.

Benefits
For all cases of diarrhea and dysentery in adults and children, regardless of whether the symptoms are cold or hot, accompanied by bloody or white discharge, persistent and unresolved, or recurring after recovery, and accompanied by abdominal pain.
Instructions for Use
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, melt wax to form pills the size of a millet seed, making 120 pills per qian. Take 1 pill per dose; for children, take half a pill. For watery diarrhea, take with freshly drawn water; for bloody dysentery, take with licorice decoction; for white dysentery, take with dried ginger decoction; for mixed bloody and white dysentery, take with licorice and dried ginger decoction. In all cases, allow the medicine to cool before taking it at bedtime.
Note
Avoid hot foods for 1–2 shichen.
