Processing

Cut off the stem, leaving a circle the size of a coin. For each fruit, layer with one layer of top-quality Songluo tea leaves, pour in high-quality white Fuhui honey (strained to remove sediment), then alternate layers of tea and honey until the fruit is completely filled. Cover the top with a 1 fen-thick slice of fresh ginger, then replace the cut-off stem to seal it.tie securely with ramie string, and steam during the day and expose to the open air at night 4–5 times. Remove the stem cap to inspect; if it feels dry, add only a small amount of honey (without tea leaves), cover tightly, and tie securely. Repeat the steaming and exposure process 9 times in total, then pound the mixture into a paste and store it in a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use

Each morning, dissolve 3–4 spoonfuls in a bowl of boiling water and drink. It is remarkably effective.
