Raw Rehmannia glutinosa 2 qian, Ophiopogon japonicus 1 qian 2 fen, raw licorice 5 fen, Scrophularia ningpoensis 1 qian 5 fen, Fritillaria thunbergii 8 fen (core removed), Moutan bark 8 fen, Mentha haplocalyx 5 fen, stir-fried Paeonia lactiflora 8 fen.

If there is internal heat or fever, there is no need to administer exterior-releasing herbs; simply follow the prescription, and the fever will subside on its own.
