Drug Formulation
5 qian of Poria, 5 qian of Prepared Rehmannia, 17 apricot kernels, 3 qian of Angelica sinensis, 3 qian of Hematite (soaked in decoction of Aconite root and cooled and soaked 10 times), 3 qian of Cicada Shed, 3 qian of Stiff Silkworm, 2 qian of Coptis, 2 qian of Scutellaria, 3 qian of Prunus mume kernels, 3 qian of Gypsum, 3 qian of Talc, 1 cup of honey, and 1 cup of wine.

Instructions for Use
First, place 1 dou of water in a basin and use a round ladle to stir and collect over a thousand water bubbles. Add Angelica sinensis, Prepared Rehmannia, and Poria cocos, and decoct them thoroughly. Then add the remaining herbs and boil for 2–3 more times. Mix in honey and wine, let cool, and take as a single dose. For the second dose, omit the wine and add extra honey to serve as a carrier.
