1.5 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 qian of Zhi Shi (fried with wheat bran), 1 qian of Pinellia ternata (soaked in hot water), 1 qian of Chen Pi, 1 qian of Coptis chinensis (fried), 1 qian of Poria cocos, 0.8 fen of Magnolia officinalis (fried with ginger juice), 0.8 fen of Shenqu (fried), 0.8 fen of Barley malt (fried), 0.8 fen of Hawthorn fruit, 0.7 fen of Amomum villosum, and 0.3 fen of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
