Ginseng (a small amount; or substitute with Saponaria root), Honey-processed Astragalus 2 qian, Cinnamon Bark 7 fen, Ophiopogon 1 qian, Plantain Seed 1 qian, Fennel Seed (salt-roasted) 5 fen, Cimicifuga (salt-roasted) 4 fen, Poria 1.5 qian, Achyranthes (Huai) 8 fen.
