Instructions for Use

Take 3 wine cups of breast milk from a healthy woman. Heat a porcelain dish in the sun until extremely hot, place the milk in the center, then add a small amount of powdered musk and 2 fen of powdered frankincense. Mix well and consume. Afterward, drink 1 wine cup of strong tea; this will immediately restore yang energy. The next day, take the “Life-Saving Pill.” After taking it, the face and knees will turn red, and one will feel drowsy as if intoxicated; nourish the body with only a small amount of plain rice porridge.
