Processing

Finely chop the ingredients, decoct them three times in water, filter each batch separately, discard the residue, combine the filtrates, and simmer over low heat until concentrated to a paste-like consistency—to the point where it does not seep through paper. For every liang of concentrated decoction, mix in one liang of refined honey to form a paste, then bottle it; each bottle weighs two liang.
