Drug Formulation

Prepared Rehmannia Paste (Take 1 jin of prepared Rehmannia root; boil 8 liang of it to extract the juice, strain out the residue, mix it with the remaining 8 liang of juice, and simmer until it becomes a thick paste); 3 liang of Peony Bark (roasted); 4 liang of Cornus Fruit (pits removed, mixed with wine and steamed, sun-dried, then stir-fried); 3 liang of Poria (thoroughly mixed with human milk, sun-dried, then roasted); 4 liang of Huai Yam (stir-fried until golden yellow);Alisma 2 liang (stir-fried with lightly salted water), Ophiopogon (core removed) 4 liang (stir-fried), Genuine Ejiao 3 liang (cut into chunks, stir-fried with clam powder until forming beads).
