Drug Formulation

Calcined Dragon Bone 1 liang, calcined Oyster Shell 1 liang, stir-fried Fennel 0.5 liang, Poria 0.5 liang (one formula adds 0.5 liang of Red Ocher).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; form into pills the size of small beans using glutinous rice paste.

Benefits

In children with cold-induced dysuria—caused by excessive intake of cold medications for heat-induced dysuria, resulting in urinary incontinence—or by excessive exposure to cold, leading to cold invading the lower jiao and qi entering the bladder, thereby causing enuresis.

Instructions for Use

For a 3-year-old, administer 30 pills with an aniseed decoction.
