Formulas Name : Dried Kudzu Powder

Chinese Name : 干葛散

Drug Formulation

12 liang of dried kudzu (preferably plump and of good quality, like white flour), 3 liang of licorice (top-grade, used raw), 3 liang of Qizhou Pinellia (boiled with half a zhan of ginger juice and 1 dou of water, then sliced and dried in an oven).

Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian per dose, add 3 slices of fresh ginger and 2 jujubes, along with green bamboo shavings and locust seeds; decoct until reduced to 7 fen, strain, and take twice daily. For children, take 1 qian per dose.
