Drug Formulation

Rhinoceros Horn (chopped) 1 liang and a half, Fangfeng (stem removed) 1 liang and a half, Raw Rehmannia (roasted) 1 liang and a half, Qianghuo (root tip removed) 1 liang and a half, Chrysanthemum 1 liang and a half, Pinellia (soaked in hot water to remove slipperiness, formed into cakes with ginger juice, and sun-dried) 1 liang and a half,Scrophularia root 1.5 liang, Scutellaria root (with black core removed) 1.5 liang, Atractylodes rhizome 1.5 liang, Licorice root (roasted, coarsely chopped) 1.5 liang, Tussilago flower 1.5 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (with core removed, lightly roasted) 1.5 liang, Peucedanum root (with root tip removed) 1.5 liang.

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water and 1 piece of ginger the size of a jujube (sliced); decoct until reduced to 8 fen; strain; take warm after meals.
