Processing
Hollow out a hole in the aged ginger, fill it with powdered realgar, then seal the hole tightly with the hollowed-out ginger. Place it on an old tile and slowly roast it over a charcoal fire for about 7–8 hours until it turns golden yellow. Grind into a powder, sift through an 80-mesh sieve, and store the powder in a bottle for future use.

Instructions for Use
Clean the external auditory canal with 75% alcohol; remove dry scabs with 3% hydrogen peroxide; apply the powder to the external auditory canal using a cotton swab once daily.
