Formulas Name : Eight Generals Capturing the King Powder

Chinese Name : 八将擒王散

Drug Formulation

4 pieces of Tianlong, 7 whole scorpions, 2 qian of turtle shell scales, 1 qian of catechu, 1 qian of cicada slough (sand removed), 1 qian and 5 fen of male deer semen, 3 fen of borneol, 2 fen of musk.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; decoct with Ephedra to make a concentrated decoction, then dry the mixture in the shade. Grind again and store in a bottle, ensuring no air escapes.

For abscesses and carbuncles, whether unruptured or ruptured.

Instructions for Use

For unruptured abscesses, apply a small amount mixed with ointment; for ruptured abscesses, apply this mixture directly.
