Drug Formulation
6 liang of He Shou Wu (slice with a bamboo knife and steam in a clay steamer.During steaming, use 5 sheng of black beans; arrange in layers—one layer of beans, one layer of herbs—and steam for 1 hour. Remove and sun-dry; repeat this process 9 times. When the beans are mushy, replace them with fresh ones, then sun-dry and set aside for use), 6 liang of Sichuan Achyranthes root, 4 liang of Cornus officinalis fruit pulp, 4 liang of Taxus chinensis seeds, 4 liang of Anemarrhena rhizome, 4 liang of Phellodendron bark, 4 liang of Angelica sinensis root, and 4 liang of decayed turtle shell (roasted with butter).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with wine. After 7 days, increase the dose by 10 pills, up to a maximum of 70 pills.
Note
Avoid strong liquor, radishes, and spicy foods.
