For persistent wheezing and coughing, or coughing up blood-tinged sputum; particularly suitable for those with deficiency constitutions; caused by emotional distress, excessive indulgence in alcohol and sexual activity, ascending deficiency-heat, resulting in coughing, wheezing, dry mouth, hoarseness, blood-tinged sputum, yin deficiency with lung injury, and afternoon tidal fevers.
Instructions for Use
Take after meals or before bedtime with ginger tea, or let it dissolve in the mouth; decoction is also acceptable.
Note
Avoid sexual activity; avoid trigger foods and heat-inducing foods.
