Drug Formulation

Coptis rhizome 2 liang (half stir-fried with ginger juice, half stir-fried with water and芒硝), Wood Fragrance 1 liang, Rhubarb (steamed with wine nine times) 1 liang, Green Tangerine Peel (stir-fried) 1 liang, Fructus Aurantii (stir-fried) 1 liang, Scutellaria root (stir-fried) 1 liang, White Peony Root 2 liang (stir-fried with wine), Licorice 5 qian.

Instructions for Use

Take 70–80 pills per dose on an empty stomach. For bloody dysentery, take with bitter tea; for white dysentery, take with ginger soup.
