Drug Formulation

12 jin of talc; 30 liang of fresh Agastache leaf juice; 30 liang of fresh Pogostemon leaf juice; 30 liang of fresh radish juice; 30 liang of fresh Perilla leaf juice; 30 liang of fresh lotus leaf juice; 30 liang of fresh Platycladus leaf juice; 30 liang of raw rhubarb with variegated patterns (sun-dried, ground into a fine powder, and mixed with 2 jin of good aged wine).

Source

*Essentials of Great Vitality: Supplement*.

Processing

First, grind talc to a very fine powder, removing any impurities, and weigh it to the exact jin; soak 30 liang of powdered licorice in hot water, rinse thoroughly until all impurities are removed, and use the licorice decoction to its fullest extent to soak the talc, then spread it out to dry in a clay basin.Pour the seven extracts into the mixture in any order; however, since cypress leaves are difficult to extract juice from, they must be added to fresh lotus root juice and pounded together until the juice is squeezed out. Once all the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed, dry them in the sun, grind them into a fine powder, and store.
