Eucommia fruit (washed in hot water) 1 liang 3 fen, Atractylodes macrocephala 5 liang 1 fen, pork fat 5 liang, juice of day-old ginger 8 liang.

Pound the two ingredients—Eucommia and Atractylodes—into a fine powder, mix with the ginger juice and pork fat, and simmer until it becomes a sticky syrup.
