Drug Formulation
1 liang of Atractylodes lancea, 5 qian of Agastache rugosa (powdered), 5 qian of Poria cocos (powdered), 5 qian of Citrus reticulata peel (powdered), 5 qian of Pinellia ternata (powdered), 5 qian of Amomum villosum (powdered), 5 qian of Glycyrrhiza uralensis (powdered), 5 qian of Cyperus rotundus (powdered), 5 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala (powdered), 5 qian of Shenqu (powdered), 5 qian of Tribulus terrestris (powdered),Green alum 4 liang (stir-fried with vinegar 7 times, spread out on the ground to remove the toxic heat, then ground), soapberry 2 liang, red dates 6 liang (steamed, peeled and pitted).

Processing
First, decoct the soapberry to make one large bowl of broth; then add the red dates and simmer, stirring until it becomes a paste. Add the powdered ingredients listed above and pound into pills.

Instructions for Use
Take a dose about the size of a coin each time, taken morning and evening with ginger tea or plain hot water. If red spots appear on the body after taking the medicine, immediately prepare jujube tea or honeysuckle and licorice tea to drink; once the jaundice subsides and the swelling disappears, it is not necessary to finish the entire prescription; if not yet fully recovered, reduce the daily dose by half.
