Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Mix with buckwheat flour and water to form a strip; wrap it around the navel. Fill the navel with the powdered mixture from the above formula and apply moxibustion. Stop as soon as warmth is felt in the navel; repeat the treatment after a few days.
