Drug Formulation
1 jin of peeled red dates, 1 jin of top-quality red dates, and 3 fen of powdered Coptis.

Processing
Soak the Pi Xiao in boiling water until dissolved; strain to remove the dregs. Remove the pits from the red dates and soak them in the Pi Xiao solution for one day. Remove and sun-dry them, then soak again. Repeat this process several times until the solution is fully absorbed. Stuff each date with 3 fen of Coptis powder (or 2 fen for smaller dates), then reseal the dates as before, ensuring no air escapes.

Instructions for Use
To use, take one date, soak it in boiling water, and use the liquid to wash the eyes frequently.
