100 he of gold leaf, 100 he of silver leaf, 8 fen of gypsum (ground), 8 fen of dragon’s tooth (ground), 8 fen of iron ore (ground), 8 fen of white bark of Lycium barbarum, 8 fen of Poria cocos (with the core removed), 8 fen of Scutellaria baicalensis, 8 fen of raw Rehmannia glutinosa, 8 fen of Cimicifuga heracleifolia, 8 fen of Poria cocos, 8 fen of Scrophularia ningpoensis, 8 fen of ginseng,1 tiger’s eye (lightly roasted), 4 fen of ox bile, 4 fen of shredded fresh ginger, 10 fen of Ophiopogon tuber (core removed), 6 fen of Zhi Shi (roasted), 6 fen of licorice (roasted), 6 fen of Polygonatum, 6 fen of Paeonia, 5 fen of Polygala (core removed), 5 fen of Biota seed, 5 fen of white vine bark.

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills per dose, twice daily; gradually increase to 30 pills; after a meal, wait a short while and take them with the decoction of raw goji root.

Note

Avoid hot noodles, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, wild mustard, roasted meat, vinegar, garlic, sticky foods, stale or foul-smelling foods, and greasy foods.
