Drug Formulation

Zinc oxide 1 liang (heated in a silver crucible, quenched 7 times with a child’s urine, burned 7 times, placed in a jar, and buried in the ground for 9 days to remove the fire toxicity), Stone Swallow 3 qian (quenched 7 times with vinegar, then buried using the same method as above),1 qian of realgar (processed with breast milk), 2 qian of borax, 5 qian of Feidan, 3 qian of Coptis, 3 qian of frankincense, 3 qian of myrrh, 2 qian of bear bile, 6 fen of borneol, 6 fen of musk, 3 qian of pearl, 3 qian of coral, 2 qian of dragon’s blood, 3 qian and 5 fen of Angelica sinensis root hairs, 2 qian of stone crab, 2 qian and 5 fen of mercury oxide, and 3 qian of white cloves.
