3g of Tingli Seeds, 6g of Burdock Seeds, 4.5g of Fried Perilla Seeds, 6g of Roasted Apricot Kernels, 6g of Radish Seeds, 4.5g of Sichuan Fritillary Bulb, 6g of Fried Tangerine Peel, and 5 Jujubes (pitted).
