Drug Formulation

1 liang of white aconite root (roasted), 2 qian of gastrodia tuber, 2 qian of whole scorpion (detoxified and lightly roasted),2 qian of white silkworm pupae (roasted, with silk threads and mouthparts removed), 2 qian of Tiannanxing (roasted and cracked), 2 qian of ginseng (with root tip removed), 2 qian of Aconite (roasted, with skin and navel removed), 1 qian of licorice (roasted until yellow), 1 qian of cinnabar (ground separately), 1 qian of Uncaria, 1 fen of borneol (ground separately), and 1 fen of musk (ground separately).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

For a six-month-old infant, administer 1 zi per dose; for a one-year-old, administer half a qian. Dissolve in decocted Schizonepeta decoction and administer as needed, regardless of the time of day.
