Drug Formulation
3 sheng of Indigo (sliced), 3 sheng of Plantain Seeds, 3 sheng of Bitter Bamboo Leaves (sliced), 3 liang of Qinpi, 3 liang of Asarum, 3 liang of Cassia Seeds, 3 liang of Gardenia Seeds, 3 liang of Mountain Gardenia, 3 liang of Cimicifuga, and 3 liang of Peony.

Instructions for Use
Boil dried orchid in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou; strain out the residue. Use the clear liquid (8 sheng) to boil the herbs until reduced to 1 sheng. Add sodium carbonate and boil for 2–3 boils; strain out the residue. Divide the decoction into two doses.
Note
Avoid raw vegetables.
