5 liang of stalactite, 6 liang of oyster shell (roasted),Cinnamon Bark (Gui Xin) 6 liang, Belamcanda Rhizome (Shegan) 3 liang, Peach Kernels (with tips and skins removed) 3 liang, Fritillary Bulb (Beimu) 3 liang, Tangerine Peel (Jupei) 3 liang, Stemona Root (Baibu) 3 liang, Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi) 3 liang, Fresh Ginger 6 liang, White Quartz 5 liang, Pinellia Rhizome (washed) 5 liang, Tussilago Flower 2 liang, Licorice Root (roasted) 2 liang, Magnolia Bark (roasted) 2 liang, one whole sheep’s lung.

Instructions for Use

First, boil the sheep’s lung in 2 dou 3 sheng of water; reduce to 1 dou, remove the lung, add the remaining herbs, and boil down to 3 sheng. Divide into 4 doses: 3 during the day and 1 at night.

Note

Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, mutton, malt syrup, and raw green onions.
