Drug Formulation
Goji berries (washed in hot water) 2 liang, chrysanthemum flowers (sorted and cleaned) 2 liang, Cistanche (soaked in wine overnight, sliced, and roasted) 2 liang, cinnamon bark (coarse outer bark removed) 2 liang, astragalus root (coated with butter and roasted, then chopped) 2 liang,Achyranthes root (soaked in wine overnight, then dried) 2 liang, raw Rehmannia root (soaked in wine overnight, then dried) 2 liang, Polygala root (core removed) 2 liang, Chinese yam 2 liang, Biota seed (soaked in wine, then roasted) 1.5 liang, Ginseng 1.5 liang, Poria cocos (black skin removed) 1.5 liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Make pills the size of a Paulownia seed using a paste cooked with the medicinal wine used for soaking the herbs.
Instructions for Use
Take 30 pills at a time on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine or salted water.
