Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Cnidium monnieri, 6 liang of honeysuckle vine, 4 liang of wild mugwort, 4 liang of wild chrysanthemum, 3 liang of Polygonum cuspidatum, and 1 liang 5 qian of verbena.

Processing

Chop the ingredients finely. Place the herbs in a cloth bag and suspend it in 15 jin of aged liquor. Seal the jar tightly and simmer for the duration of three sticks of incense. Remove the bag, rinse with water, and let it steep for one fu.
