Drug Formulation
Half a liang of Agarwood, half a liang of Frankincense, half a liang of Cloves, half a liang of White Sandalwood, half a liang of Walnut Kernels (shelled), half a liang of Goji Berries, half a liang of Star Anise,half liang of Fennel Seed, half liang of Broken Paper (prepared by placing the above herbs inside a 1.5-chi section of white intestine from a Kesh sheep, boiling until tender in fine wine, then air-drying in a clay vessel), half liang of Fenugreek (soaked in wine) (prepared as above), half liang of Whole Scorpion (detoxified and stir-fried), half liang of Sichuan Tortoise Shell (roasted with butter),half liang of Sichuan Melia fruit, half liang of Akebia stem, half liang of Cistanche (soaked in wine), half liang of Polygala (with the core removed), half liang of Chinese chive seeds (soaked in wine), 2 qian of lotus stamen,Sichuan Morinda root half liang (soaked in wine, core removed), dried Chinese yam half liang (worm-eaten), Chinese cornelian cherry half liang (pitted), Anemarrhena rhizome half liang, Epimedium (fried with butter) 3 qian,Qingpi (with pith removed) 3 qian, Poria cocos (white) half liang, Achyranthes root (soaked in wine) 3 qian, Polygonatum (soaked in wine) half liang, Asparagus root (with core removed) half liang, Ophiopogon tuber (with core removed) half liang, Ginseng half liang, Prepared Rehmannia root half liang, Frankincense (ground separately) half liang, Fine charcoal (1 ingot, burned to ash) half liang, Raw Rehmannia root half liang, Sesamum indicum seeds half liang,Cuscuta seed half liang (soaked in wine until moist, then ground together with the other herbs), Schisandra chinensis (Northern variety) half liang, dried tangerine peel 2 qian.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from good wine and flour to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
