Drug Formulation
Chuan Wutou (roasted, with skin and navel removed) 2 liang, Wulingzhi 2 liang (ground separately), Frankincense (ground separately) 1.5 liang, Myrrh 1.5 liang (ground separately), Earthworm (cleaned of soil) 1 liang,Mu Bie Zi (shell removed) 1 liang, Bai Jiao Xiang 1 liang (ground separately), Ziran Tong (calcined and quenched in vinegar 7 times) half a liang, Tianma half a liang, Musk 3 qian (ground separately).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; use running water to form 160 pills, then air-dry them.

Instructions for Use
Take “Thunder Wine” (made by heating an iron scale weight over a fierce fire until red-hot, then quenching it in wine) and grind the mixture into a paste. For severe wind-related conditions, take one dose during each of the first, second, and third watches of the night; for milder cases, dissolve the mixture in wine and take it at any time—recovery will follow immediately. If the arms cannot be bent or extended, simply grind the medicine into a paste and apply it to the arms.
