Drug Formulation

2 liang Poria (peeled and core removed), 2 liang Polygala (stems removed, stir-fried until dry), 5 qian Ginseng (root base removed), 4 liang Atractylodes (sliced, washed with water, oil removed, sun-dried),Poria 2 liang (peeled), Tangerine Peel 1 liang 5 qian (white pith removed), Fritillaria 1 liang 5 qian (boiled in ginger broth), Licorice 3 qian (roasted, peeled), Aster 1 liang (washed to remove soil), Donkey-hide Gelatin 1 liang (stir-fried with clam powder until pearl-like), Schisandra 5 qian, Angelica Root 3 liang (washed with wine), Raw Rehmannia 1 liang 5 qian (washed with wine),White peony root 2 liang (roasted), prepared rehmannia root 1 liang 5 qian (washed with wine, steamed 9 times, sun-dried 9 times), asparagus root 1 liang 5 qian (core removed), ophiopogon tuber 1 liang 5 qian (core removed),Dodder Seed 2 liang (washed with water to remove soil, sun-dried), Goji Berries 3 liang (steamed, then oven-dried), Phellodendron Bark 2 liang (peeled, stir-fried in salt water until dry), Cornus Fruit 2 liang (soaked in hot water), Anemarrhena Rhizome 1 liang (stir-fried in salt water until dry).

Processing

Cut the ingredients as directed. Use 24 bowls of well water, add 4 liang 2 qian of fresh ginger, 24 each of walnut kernels, longan flesh, jujube flesh, and lotus seed kernels, and 12 black plum kernels. Soak for half a month in spring; do not soak in summer.in autumn for 1 day, and in winter for 1 day and night. In a quiet room, simmer over a charcoal fire until reduced to 5 bowls. Strain out the herbal residue. Add 24 liang of high-quality honey, bring to a boil once, skim off the foam from the surface with paper, then add the previously prepared herbs and simmer together until the mixture does not disperse even when a drop of water is added. Transfer to a porcelain jar, seal the opening with white paper, place the jar in a water tray, and leave the jar opening exposed for 7 days to remove the heat toxicity, then remove it.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 teaspoons per dose, mixed with freshly boiled water on an empty stomach.

Note

Avoid eating mutton.
