Drug Formulation

1 liang of Han Pepper (remove the seeds and any closed pods; lightly roast to draw out the moisture), 1 liang of Pig’s Tooth Soapberry (remove the black skin; roast with butter until yellow; remove the seeds), 3 fen of Dried Ginger (roasted and coarsely chopped), 3 fen of Sweet Shepherd’s Purse (roast between paper until purple).
