Drug Formulation
3 liang of prepared Rehmannia root (boiled and pounded), 1.5 liang of Chinese yam (stir-fried), 1.5 liang of goji berries (stir-fried), 2 liang of Cornus fruit (stir-fried),1 liang of fennel (stir-fried), 1 liang of morinda root (stir-fried with wine), 1 liang of cistanche (washed, steamed), 1 liang of epimedium (roasted), 1 liang of poria (mixed with human milk, steamed), 1 liang of续断 (stir-fried with wine),Eucommia bark (stir-fried in salt water) 1 liang, Cuscuta seed (stir-fried) 1 liang, Walnut kernels 2 liang, Cinnamon bark (ground) 5 qian, Seahorses 1 pair (sliced, baked), Opium 3 qian (mud must be removed; clear resin), Gekko 1 pair (heads and legs removed; soaked in clean water for 5 nights, changing the water daily; floating scales wiped off; roasted until golden brown).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, pound the three ingredients—Rehmannia glutinosa, Cistanche deserticola, and walnut kernels—into a smooth paste. Then, melt 8 liang of deer glue, mix in the powdered ingredients, and pound into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

For impotence and diminished semen, resulting in inability to conceive, or for seminal leakage and inability to engage in sexual intercourse.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian each morning and evening, washed down with hot water.
Note
While taking the medicine, rest quietly and avoid excessive physical exertion; engage in intercourse at the appropriate time, neither too early nor too late. If the female partner has a medical condition, it should be treated first.
