Drug Formulation
3 liang of Sichuan melia fruit (remove the seeds and chop into chunks; for 1 liang, use 49 spotted cats, half a sheng of flour, and stir-fry until charred; for 1 liang, use 1 qian of realgar, grind into powder, and stir-fry with half a sheng of flour until charred; for 1 liang, use 49 castor beans and half a sheng of bran, and stir-fry until charred.Do not use the spotted cat, realgar, croton seeds, bran, or flour; retain only the Sichuan melia fruit), 1 black aconite root (weighing 6–7 qian; processed, with skin and pith removed), half a liang of wood fragrant (without heating), 1 liang of broken paper bark (roasted), 1 fen of realgar (boiled in vinegar for 10 boils, then ground separately),half liang of cassia bark (remove the coarse outer bark, select the aromatic part, do not expose to fire), and half liang of imported anise (roasted).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into cakes using wine paste.

Instructions for Use
Take 5–7 cakes per dose, chewed with wine on an empty stomach; take 3 doses daily, and the condition will be completely cured in less than half a month. If made into pills, they should be the size of a paulownia seed. Take 15–20 pills per dose.
