4 live earthworms (wash thoroughly, grind into a paste, then mix with a small amount of ginger juice, 1 spoonful of honey, and a small amount of peppermint juice).

Instructions for Use
Mix with fresh well water and slowly administer the entire dose; the patient will gradually feel cooler. If ineffective, repeat the dose. The condition will resolve with spontaneous sweating.
