Ephedra 1 liang 6 qian, mung bean powder 2 qian, Chuanxiong 1 qian, Angelica dahurica 1 qian, gypsum 1 qian, licorice 1 qian, Perilla leaf 1 qian.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.
Benefits
For typhoid fever on days 3–5, or in the early stages, or when the patient first shows signs of an absence of sweating.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with cool water; drink water 2–3 times, and stop drinking only after sweating begins. Cover with a blanket until sufficient sweating occurs; stop when the body feels cool.
Note
Do not go out or expose yourself to the wind for 2–3 days. Eat plain rice.
