Drug Formulation
Aconite (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed) 4 liang, Wulingzhi 4 liang, Aconite Root (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed) 4 liang, Wolf’s-bane half a liang, Fangfeng (with branches removed) 2 liang, Earthworm (roasted) 2 liang, Cinnamon (with coarse bark removed) 1.5 liang, Tiger Bone (burned until charred) 1 liang, Natural Copper (calcined and quenched in vinegar 7 times) 3 liang,Frankincense (ground) half liang, Myrrh (ground) 3.5 liang, Musk (ground) 3 qian, Borneol (ground) 2 qian, Hair ash half liang, Angelica sinensis (sliced, roasted) 1 liang,Chuanxiong 1 liang, dried scorpion (cleaned of dirt and sand) half a liang, sea-tong bark (chopped) 2 liang, Tianma 1 liang, white-flowered snake (soaked in wine, skinned and boned, then roasted) half a liang.

Processing
Except for the ingredients requiring grinding, grind the rest into a fine powder. Mix with the natural juice of fresh ginger to form pills the size of a cherry.

Instructions for Use
Divide each pill into 4 doses, to be taken after meals in the morning and evening; for paralysis and weakness due to wind, dissolve in hot ginger wine and take; for facial paralysis, take with mint wine; for skin wind toxins, lumps, and swollen pain, take with warm wine; for migraines and brain wind, take with clear brewed tea; for women’s blood wind attacks, itching or pain in the limbs, and stabbing pain in the chest and abdomen, take with Angelica wine.
