Drug Formulation
Raw Rehmannia Root (wash thoroughly, grind, strain through a cloth to extract the juice and retain the residue; stir-fry the Rehmannia residue with ginger juice, and stir-fry the ginger residue with Rehmannia juice—stir-fry each until dry and capable of being ground into a fine powder) 2 jin; Ginger (wash thoroughly, grind into a paste, strain through a cloth to extract the juice and retain the residue) 2 jin; Corydalis (mix with glutinous rice, stir-fry until reddish-brown, remove the rice) 1 liang; Angelica sinensis (remove the stems) 1 liang;Amber (ground separately) 1 liang, Cattail Pollen (stir-fried until fragrant) 4 liang.
