Chinese Name : 山药饦
Drug Formulation
5–7 pieces of mutton bone (with meat attached), 1 radish (sliced into large pieces), 1 stalk of scallion white, 5 cardamom pods, 1 qian of aged tangerine peel (white pith removed), 1 qian of galangal, 2 qian of black pepper, 2 qian of cardamom, and 2 jin of Chinese yam.

Instructions for Use
Boil all the ingredients together, strain the liquid to clarify it, and filter out the residue. Take 2 jin of wheat flour and 2 jin of Chinese yam; cook until tender, mash into a paste, and mix with the flour to form dumpling dough. Add the five spices and consume on an empty stomach.
