3 qian of Huai Shan Yao, 3 qian of Northern Saponaria, 2 qian of Ophiopogon, 2 qian of Apricot Kernel, 3 qian of Trichosanthes Rind, 2 qian of Poria, 1 qian of Tangerine Peel, 3 qian of Sichuan Dendrobium, 2 qian of Bird’s Nest, 10 Lotus Seeds (with cores removed), 2 qian of Large Oyster Shell.
