Anemarrhena rhizome 4 liang (roasted), apricot kernels (peeled and tips removed) 2 qian, Platycodon root (stem removed) 5 qian, donkey-hide gelatin (roasted with wheat bran) 4 qian,Tingli (baked over fire) 3 qian, Tussilago flower 4 qian, Inula flower 1 liang, Pinellia (stir-fried with ginger juice) 3 qian, Licorice (roasted) 1 liang, Dried tangerine peel (white pith removed) 1 liang, Douleng 1 liang, Schisandra 4 qian, Ephedra 1 liang, Ginseng 5 qian.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a marble.
