Drug Formulation
1 liang of talcum powder, 1 liang of talc, 8 qian of processed Tiannanxing, 50 Croton seeds (extract the white resin), and 2.5 qian of indigo powder.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of a sesame seed.
Benefits
For children with febrile convulsions, labored breathing, copious phlegm, coughing, restlessness, flushed cheeks, difficulty with urination and defecation, and restless sleep at night.
Instructions for Use
Take 3–5 pills per dose, washed down with peppermint decoction; for up to 10 pills, wash down with peach-kernel decoction to gently induce a mild purgative effect; for severe cases, take 15 pills per dose, washed down with water.
