Drug Formulation

Cardamom (peeled), Acorus tatarinowii (dehaired), Poria cocos, Ephedra (roots and nodes removed), Magnolia officinalis (roasted with ginger juice), Angelica pubescens, Fructus Aurantii (fried with wheat bran), Agastache rugosa, Atractylodes macrocephala, Asarum sieboldii (washed, leaves removed), Evodia rutaecarpa (stems removed),Licorice (roasted), Poria (peeled), Atractylodes lancea (soaked), Alpinia officinarum (stem removed), Red Peony Root, Aconite (roasted, skin and navel removed), Ligusticum (stem removed), Bupleurum (stem removed), Alisma, Saposhnikovia (stem removed), Pinellia (boiled)—each in equal parts.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water and 2 stalks of Allium tuberosum (split and crushed); decoct together until reduced to 8 fen; strain out the residue. Take warm before meals; adjust the dosage for the elderly and children.

Note

Avoid raw, cold, and greasy foods.
