Drug Formulation
Amber 1 qian (boil in licorice water for the duration of one incense stick; wrap in blue cloth and crush; then soak thoroughly in glutinous rice washing water; place glutinous rice in a porcelain dish, place the amber on top of the rice, and steam over a rice cooker until cooked; slice the amber with a sharp blade until as thin as paper, then grind into an extremely fine powder),Stalactite 2 qian 5 fen (wash with licorice water; lightly roast on a new tile; line a silver jar with sliced old ginger; place the stalactite on top of the ginger; cover with an iron bowl; secure tightly with iron wire; calcine over alternating high and low heat for one incense stick’s duration; allow to cool completely before opening; remove and grind separately into a very fine powder), Pearl (boil wrapped in tofu for one incense stick’s duration; do not use too high a heat) 1 qian,Borneol (ground separately) 1 qian, Western Calamus (ground separately) 1 qian, Cinnabar (ground to a fine powder, water-washed) 5 qian.

Instructions for Use
Take 5 li per dose, add 2 fen 5 li of roasted fine wheat flour, for a total of 3 fen per dose, and take it with Tu Fu Ling Decoction. For each small batch, use 6 fen of the cinnabar preparation and 3 qian of roasted wheat flour, divided into 12 doses. Boil 10 liang of Tu Fu Ling in water to yield 12 bowls of decoction; strain out the residue. Each morning, take 1 bowl of the decoction, add 1 dose of the medicine, stir well, and consume.Do not drink tea; instead, brew plenty of Poria Decoction to drink in place of tea.
