Drug Formulation

1 liang of Tianma (washed), 1 liang of Tiannansheng, 1 liang of Bai Fuzi, 1 liang of Duhuo, 1 liang of Bai Jiangcan, 1 liang of Chuan Wutou (roasted), 1 liang of Qianghuo (washed), 1 liang of whole dried scorpions, 1 fen of Niuhuang, 1 fen of Borneol (finely ground), and half a liang of Musk (finely ground; mix into the other ingredients immediately).

Processing

Thoroughly wash the ingredients, dry them in the sun within the same day (avoid exposure to water), grind them into a fine powder with a mortar and pestle, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a pea.

Instructions for Use

For all types of wind-related disorders, take 5 pills per dose, washed down with peppermint and warm wine; for women with blood-wind disorders, add a small amount of Angelica sinensis powder and wash down with warm wine; for paralysis caused by wind where the patient cannot get out of bed, take 30 pills per dose. First, prepare a decoction by boiling half liang of white alum powder with 10 scallion stalks, then use the warm liquid for a bath; afterward, wash down the pills with peppermint juice and warm wine;If sweating occurs while covered with clothing or bedding, take a separate tonic; for men and women suffering from scabies, tinea, or scrofula, follow the aforementioned bathing method, take 30 pills, and induce sweating—recovery is guaranteed on the same day; for children with sores or scabies, bathe as usual, taking one pill per year of age, and induce sweating—recovery is assured.

Avoid consuming wheat flour, pork, fish, and poisonous substances.
