Drug Formulation
1 liang of sheep’s-foot root, 1 liang of raw Pinellia, 1 liang of raw Aconite, 1 liang of raw Sichuan Aconite, 1 liang of raw Wild Aconite, 8 qian of Naoyanghua, 8 qian of Piper longum, 5 qian of Asarum, 8 qian of toad venom, and 1 liang of hibiscus bark.

Processing
Grind the nine ingredients—from sheep’s-foot root to toad venom—into a No. 3 coarse powder; grind the hibiscus bark separately into a fine powder;First, extract the coarsely ground Hibiscus sabdariffa bark using 4 times its volume of 85% ethanol via percolation; collect 100 mL of the filtrate, add distilled water to adjust the alcohol content to 50%, and mix thoroughly with the coarsely ground mixture of sheep’s-foot root and the other ingredients;Add 1,000 milliliters of 50% ethanol, allow to soak for 48 hours, then perform percolation; collect 1,000 milliliters of filtrate, filter and let stand, then transfer the supernatant to a bottle.

Instructions for Use
Before use, wash the affected area with warm water. Dip a brush in the solution and apply 5–6 coats, 2–3 times daily.
