Drug Formulation

5 qian of rhubarb, 5 qian of Phellodendron bark, 5 qian and 5 fen of Scutellaria root, 5 qian and 5 fen of Angelica root, and 5 qian and 5 fen of gardenia fruit.

Instructions for Use

Fry the above herbs in 16 liang of sesame oil until they are charred, then strain to remove the residue. Mix with 2 liang and 5 qian of white wax to form a salve. Apply to the affected area.
