Drug Formulation

Licorice (roasted, crushed) 1 liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Red Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang, Rhubarb (baked, crushed) half a liang, Gardenia (peel removed) half a liang, Ephedra (roots and nodes removed) half a liang, Aged Tangerine Peel (white pith removed, stir-fried) 1 fen, Wood Fragrance 1 fen.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, add 1 zhan of water, 1 spoon of honey, and a small amount of fresh ginger juice; decoct until reduced to 8 fen, strain, and take while cool, regardless of the time of day.
